Chih, Chien-Cheng (Alex)

Founder / CEO

Alex is a Visionary Information Technology expert who received his Master’s in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing System from top US universities. He then joined Silicon Valley’s high-tech industry at Oracle Corporation, where he held 7 years of cutting-edge Research and Development positions. He left a secure corporate position to start up Laconic Technology Co., Ltd. Thailand in 2004.

Jean F. Laugier

Director of Business Development

An entrepreneur and intrapreneur with an Industrial Engineering background, Jean has piloted beneficial business changes within organizations ranging in size from SMEs to MNCs (17 years at Nestle on a global assignment basis). He repeatedly leverages cross-functional expertise through Operational Excellence, Greenfield Project, and Cloud ERP and Innovation within a complex multicultural environment matrix.

They spend 90% of their time on delivery sites, execute our contractual agreements, and build close relationships with our customers, especially the Super Users.
